The accommodation fully met our expectations. The staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful at any hour of the day, always willing to assist. Breakfast was traditional and tasteful, and as a nice gesture, packed breakfasts were prepared for early departures. A more spacious room was offered for stays longer than a day. The terrace was great, and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. Everything was exceptionally clean, including the towels and bed linen provided. The only recommendation would be to consider installing a magnetic door lock and a home intercom system, so the door can be opened remotely upon arrival.

Beautiful Riad, at a great location and easily accessible both with a car and walking (two doors). Mustapha and the crew were lovely, helped organise pick up from train station and drop off at airport and super helpful with their recommendations, suggestions and accomodation. Great hosts and would recommend to stay there and if I go back I’d do the same.

Comfortable room, nicely decorated riad with beautiful inner patio. Very good location to discover the Medina in Fes. Very friendly and ready to help staff. I would recommend this riad!

Really loved our stay at the Riad Dar Jeanne. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs. The location of the Riad is very nice because it’s very close to the busy alleys of the Medina but inside the property you only feel calm & peaceful. The property is very clean and the rooftop is a nice extra! Daily breakfast was also very nice. The perfect place for a stay in Fes!

A beautiful riad with a calm, happy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and convenient location a short walk to the blue gate. Mustafa was very helpful and walked us into the Medina to help us with our orientation, he also helped arrange a day trip to Volubis. They also offered a laundry service.

A standard riad design, so if other guests are noisey you might hear them, but this did not cause us any problems.

I would like to compliment on the impeccable service given by Mustapha, Salik and there colleagues. They enriched our stay in Fes with their beautiful character and smile's, They are a great asset to the Riad. The Riad is well located to souk and parking lots.and has beautiful rooftop view
