The staff are so kind and helpful. Mustafa and Said went out of their way to assist us in every matter. Good location, clean and comfortable accommodation. Dinner at the riad was good as well.

The location was perfect and really close to the Medina. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful courtyard.

Our bed was a little hard for us. Room on the small size with not too much room to hang or put away clothes. However very cozy.

Elegant riad located inside the Medina, amazing breakfast and helpful staff, available to help also in case of need. Nice terrace to take a break from the chaos of Medina.

It is not easy to find the riad and google maps does not help. Maybe some direction could have been provided in advance. The room was a bit noisy and too much essential in furniture - no wardrobe to hang clothes and only one night table out of two.

We really enjoyed staying in this Riad. The service from the host was excellant and he organised a taxi to pick is up from the train station. We were met where the taxi driver dropped us off and escorted to the hotel - no stress at all. The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a nice quiet street. Our room was a good size, clean and beds really comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers and WiFi worked well in the room. From the hotel , it was only a short work into the Medina.

The only issue we had was with the taxis they organised - both were about 30 minutes late so I would tell the hotel you need a prompt driver. We had a flight early in the morning and were a bit worried that we were going to miss it.

At first the air conditioning wasn’t working, but the staff was able to repair it for the second night. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The facility is also beautiful!

Mattress was a bit hard.
