location is great for exploring the Medina and we always felt very safe. Moufasa…he is such a gem, sweetest man and really made our trip so much better. breakfast is fantastic.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. Our huge room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan carpets and furniture beneath double-height ceilings. The service from Mustafa and Abou was exceptional, as was the breakfast served in the bright and airy courtyard. The riad is on a quiet alleyway in close walking distance to the main market, away from other tourist accommodations. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I wish we had keys to the front doors to get in without ringing the bell.

First of all, the staff is the most welcoming one I have ever met, with a person helping you from the transfer parking to the Riad and then to the Medina. One other person helped us solving an issue with a local guide that couldn’t find us for the tour that morning, translating for us via phone call. The room was clean and big, and it was cleaned in the morning during our stay. Toiletterie was present and shampoo/shower gel too. Breakfasts and dinners were exceptionally good and dinners also particularly abundant.

Mustafa was very helpful! Although we arrived very late, he escorted us from the parking lot where the taxi could drive into and we felt safe. He also helped us with getting more information about the desert trip we had booked as the tour operator wasn’t responsive at all. He made a take away breakfast for us as we had to leave early upon check out for the tour and even walked with us to the meeting point for the desert tour to make sure the tour operator will come to pick us up.

Nothing in particular about the riad. There was maybe a communication error between the riad and the taxi driver for the pick up service at the airport. The taxi driver was supposed to have a sign with our name or the name of the riad, but we couldn’t find him because he didn’t have anything with him! We got worried but after having several texts with the riad, the driver was able to find us.
