Room was great, parking on site was a real bonus

The staff were very welcoming when i checked in and the room was lovely and clean and all the staff was lovely

MASSIVE bed, even in (what I believe was) the cheapest room choice. Location ideal, reception staff attentive. Wonderful shower and bathroom facilities.

The car park and hotel seem somewhat discombobulated, given it's a five minute walk around the entire building, when surely access should be possible from the car park to the rear of the hotel building. Also, no toilet brush? And no fridge in the room. Yes, we didn't buy a room with a minibar, but surely a fridge is a given in a Hilton brand hotel?

Lovely place and ideal location as we were booked at the Lexington for cocktail making

I booked a twin room and was given a double. Not ideal, was offered to change room but we did not have time to do this due to our bookings at places

From walking in, you felt very welcome . The staff just lovely and very professional. The rooms just stunning and spacious. The bed so conformable. We all wished we could have stayed longer. We we're in the family room. Had adjoining doors with two twins and massive double. Perfect for us all. Lots of space. We were fully relaxed for our trip the next day to chester zoo. definitely want stay again.
