"The hotel and staff where spot on the downside is the parking facilities which should be free for guests"

The parking is behind the hotel, there is no way to bring luggage from car to hotel without walking halfway round the outside of the hotel, i had a lot of luggage and had to carry it round, older people would have found this impossible. really bad set up.I personally wouldn't stay again although staff were friendly.Food was expensive and average for whats meant to be a marco pierre white place.

From the moment I arrived the check in staff were pliote and the all went well moved up to room where it was lovely room bed was comfortable and having a drink on roof bar

Would of liked the shower to been warmer water was on cold side even after running for a bit

Staff very friendly and helpful!

The food at the restaurant was mediocre, we got Katsu chicken burger and fish and chips and they were very bland.
