Just experienced a Halloween air in Xmas time(??????)

The whole thing just like a very long nightmare...

they provided with a different room. a totally less than the picture. it looks old and unclean. they even charged us with a different rate

it is not exactly the same room that they provide us as their main picture on the app.

We booked to stay here for a night for 100RP when we arrived the staff said that we had to pay 150RP because booking.com had ‘got the price wrong’. 50RP isn’t much however we are on a budget and the principal of this price increase is unacceptable. On top of that the place was covered in litter, the room was dirty, the sink in the bathroom not working, curtains looked like they’d been chewed up by a dog, bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air con was making a ridiculously loud noise and there was no Wifi in the room. Not one to normally leave bad reviews but this was awful, would not recommend staying here.

I booked The room at $84000 threw booking com and was told a story & charged $ 150000 the room was grubby & no towel or tolet paper

The staff was nice.

No toiletries provided, dirty towel no soap no tissue paper when I ask at the reception they told me to buy from the local store it's really annoying.

THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. Looking at the photos on the listing this hotel looks great for it’s price… well you’re in for a shock. Pillows were yellow, under the bed sheet the mattress had stains all over, the bed sheet most definitely hasn’t been washed in weeks. No towels, the AC didn’t work and the bathroom looked like something from a horror movie, we were in the hotel for around 2 hours before walking straight out. please please please do not stay at this place it is absolutely vile and I don’t even know how they’re still up and running.
