Hotel O Ari Beach Inn

Location and cheapness

We knew it would be basic and probably not the cleanest but you expect that for the price you’re paying. However, we specifically booked this hotel for the air con, when you get there, they put you in a separate hotel on the premises and it’s not OYO. Looks nothing like the photos, doesn’t have air con and doesn’t have TV. Full of ants and mould - again you pay for what you get. However they point blank refused to give us a room with air con and said they have staff to pay so it’s too expensive to put us in a room with aircon (even though we already paid). Also the pool photo is a fake one, nothing like the picture. Again not bothered about that, but it’s the principle. Wifi only works in reception but not in the rooms. Rooms were boiling hot and difficult to sleep.

It was a trap basically. They put up a cheap price to fool you in then. When you arrive, they gave you a room with zeros: no aircon (even tho they listed the room with aircon), no towel, no toilet paper, no power source (you can’t even charge your phone), no internet (hahaha)… bonus: dirty linen, smelly pillows, old rusty window about to fall off anytime, old broken fridge and mosquitos!!! Nothing except an old, dirty room. No one can possibly stay in!! They don’t have cancellation options, it means when you book, you’re trapped. The most doggy place Ive ever been, luckily I only need to stay there for 2 hours and kinda know to bring toilet paper myself cause I read the reviews before I arrive. Help yourself DO NOT book this place

I was attracted by the price, $8 per night seemed like a good idea because I needed to spend just 1 night in Kuta

The hotel charged me 40 000 IDR more for a room with aircon, even though the air conditioner was in the room description and in the pictures. The room was completely different from the one on Booking.com page, there was a cigarette smell in the room, it was incredibly dirty, the window was broken and couldn't be closed, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom was disgusting. But the WORST thing that happened, was when I took a pillow, 2 huge COCKROACHES were released from it and started running on the bed. Terrible place, how is it even allowed on Booking.com

WARNING. It’s a scam, when we arrived they told us that there is no room for us because there is an error on booking.com and they only charge people through OYO. we were left without room, they offered us different room for obviously higher price. don’t stay there. through booking.com it’s a scam

everything. dirty sheets. smelly. made us pay extra when we arrived. we went in the room and then turned around and booked an expensive place. I guess you get what you pay for. no towels, no headboard, 1 pillow. would not wish it apon my worst enemy.
