Hotel O Ari Beach Inn

Whn I reached there They asked me more money and said your room is not available and for same room you need to pay more . Even I show my booking but still nthg They just said if you want just pay more or look for others.

horrendous. had to leave after only a couple of hours in the middle of the night as it was disgusting!! massive ant infestation, mild EVERYWHERE. cockroaches in bed, looked like coffee splattered all over the walls! blood on bed sheets, you could catch diseases in that place. oh also massive scam when you check in forcing you to pay more. needs to be shut down

I regret stay here

The staff overcharged and changed the price of the room. The room is so dirty and smelly. At night, a drunk person keeps trying to enter the room, so it is not safe for the girl.

No customer service, no available room even if I booked it. Pay the double amount to get any available room without anything at all. I reached to the property very late at around 10-11 PM which I already mentioned in my booking, when I reach there they said they can not give me room at this price as I had so much luggage so I didn’t had any choice to adhere to whatever they were saying, so I paid double money to get any available room, and then the room was pathetic, absolutely filthy and smelly so immediately started looking for any other available hotel nearby, and transferred myself out at 2AM in the night, they were not bothered help me or give any refund. I am attaching the receipt of other hotel I had to move to.
