Everything else. Very poor place to live. Checked out after 6 hours. Owner also charged 70k IDR for AC

Hotel did not let us check-in as they demanded double the money for non AC room so we have to cancel our booking and have to book at midnight somewhere else and have paid triple the money to get the AC room booking. We are still waiting for the refund for the booking with no luck. Hotel is shit and pictures are fake. In short if you want to throw your money, then book this hotel.

The location was nice and central Kuta so walking everywhere was easy and good. They had a pool which was nice and overall the place was nice

I paid for a room with AC and got told I didn’t and had to pay more. Got to the room and AC didn’t work. Got no towel. They tried to charge me ridiculous price for a ride to the airport lol, have ran into to many places like this one so knew from the get go what I was in for. I only stayed one night. It’s not a bad place by any means and I’ve stayed in worse

I didn't like that my booking had been confirmed only to arrive and be told that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay extra money. The hotel alleged that the room I booked was no longer available and that I could have a more expensive room. I didn't bother to stay there as I found this rude and the person at reception was disrespectful.

Dont spend your money here it is trash. The receptionist will try to persuade you into paying more for a bit better room despite you already paying a fair market price for the better room. The bathroom smells bad, the hallway smells bad. The bed is very comfortable but dirty. No towels given. I wouldn't pay 8 USD for this. For a few dollars more come stay 200 meters away at hotel Sogora for grate value. This is my first negative review after traveling 10 months SEA. Bathroom also looks dirty.
