Dobra lokalizacja, parking na dziedzińcu, dobry stosunek ceny, czysto. Fajnie że był dostęp do aneksu kuchennego aby zrobić sobie rano kawę.

W nocy słychać jeżdżące pociągi. Cienkie ścianki w pokojach, co powodowało że dźwięk się roznosił, W ogólnodostępnym aneksie kuchennym brak zlewozmywaka, umycie kubków po kawie było problematyczne,
