Створено умови для самостійного харчування. Кава на рецепшені смачна і доступна за ціною. Вдалі місця для паркування транспорту.

Загальна кімната хоча і має витяжку, однак її слід вмикати самостійно, хоча б доцільно щоб вентиляція вмикалися автоматично. Цей недолік зумовлює неприємний запах на другому поверсі
