The overall cleanliness of my room. There was no mattress pad/protector on the bed and the pillows were filthy. I had to insist that they purchase a mattress protector and 4 pillows. They argued but they did it.

While the hotel is excellent, I do have one small suggestion for improvement. Given the cold weather, the rooms are kept quite cozy; however, for guests who prefer a bit more air circulation at night, it would be a great touch if a pedestal fan could be made available upon request. It’s a minor detail, but it would add that extra layer of comfort for those of us who like a little breeze regardless of the temperature!"

Room was not clean ..... they categorise the guest according to booking platform and give rooms.....
INININNothing at all! They completely ditched us. Even after a confirmed booking, they informed us it’s not available. Honestly, they ruined our vacation and wasted our time. Absolutely unacceptable. We’ve made up our minds — never dealing with them again.
Their last-minute update—despite a confirmed booking—that rooms weren’t available was unacceptable. On top of that, they had the audacity to claim they tried contacting us when there were absolutely no calls or messages. We had to scramble and finally found a villa next to the property—thankfully. But the entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled.
