The property is located nearabout Central Ooty hence everything is within reach. The specific location of the place is a bit tucked inside city lanes but that was OK. The staff is very friendly and willing to do everything for the comfort of the guests, really had a great time albeit for a mere 24 hrs stay.

The breakfast place is too small and get very busy during peak hours. While the breakfast is buffet and decent, there may be a waiting for a table scenario, breakfast choices and organization can be slightly improved.

Location is near to ooty bus stand and room was descent and clean. Staffs also helpful.

Price is bit high, and atleast they should include breakfast for this price. Way to hotel is not good and parking area was small. Except eveything is okay.

Location wise not good ! not looks like hill station hotel or same ! facilities line Restaurant not good and environment not charming!!
