"Strongly recommend not to use this hotel"

One of the worst experiences of my hotel stay ever. I wish you inform you that I am totally disappointed with the service of this hotel. This has been a bitter experience for me and I vacated the hotel within a couple of hours of stay due to the following reasons check in by 12:40pm on 10 April and checked out after paying Rs 1500 Again on 10 April at 15:57hrs. ; 1. A/c not working 2. No drinking water 4. My daughter came to visit me and she was not allowed to enter the room. Despite cancelling the booking - the hotel still demanded that I pay a day’s rent which I paid. This is unfair. I want my refund
