"Extremely poor and client-unfriendly communication."

It is very near the airport.

They did not allow us to stay there because we are foreigners and only informed us when we arrived at 11pm at night. Since 1h after the booking we got emails every couple days to tell us that the booking may get cancelled, if we don't make a payment beforehand, even though on booking.com it said we can pay on the spot. I tried to pay, but could not pay with the international card. I have written to them several times (including declaring that I am a foreigner), but never got an answer except a question of how they can help.
