The hotel rooms are located at first floor of a 3 story building and have comfortable staircase access only, NO LIFT provision. Reception is located at ground floor with seamless connectivity All the room categories are designed with different ambiance hence room will be allotted as per availability during check-in Hotel is located in core of a developed layout hence car parking is limited and is along roadside, for travelers with rented Taxis they won’t face any issue but guest with own cars pl confirm prior booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Disappointed because of misrepresentation of hotel facilities. It’s overpriced"

Location, room size and staff service were good

I am highly disappointed with the booking because of misrepresentation of the property category at your site . It’s presented as a 3 star hotel with a coffee house on site ( see attached screenshots) On arrival at the hotel I found it’s more of a - motel ( a house converted into a guest house) with few rooms - there is NO coffee house on site , there is just a coffee vending machine in reception area and no coffee house . They get breakfast from outside and there is NO restaurant/kitchen / coffee house on site . - the room is large but the common areas are DIRTY with shabby walls not at all becoming of a 3 star hotel ! There is a musty smell in these areas - the building of this “3 star hotel” is dilapidated and extremely shabby . There is gross misrepresentation of the hotel and its facilities n class on your website . I booked the hotel based on its listing which says - 3 STAR and COFFEE HOUSE on booking.com website
