The hotel rooms are located at first floor of a 3 story building and have comfortable staircase access only, NO LIFT provision. Reception is located at ground floor with seamless connectivity All the room categories are designed with different ambiance hence room will be allotted as per availability during check-in Hotel is located in core of a developed layout hence car parking is limited and is along roadside, for travelers with rented Taxis they won’t face any issue but guest with own cars pl confirm prior booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Stay away from this place. The place and service is disastrous."

Nothing

The property experience was extremely disastrous. The location is on a by lane way inside a residential colony. The room had a couple bed, left a special message while booking to provide two separate beds, which the hotel staff refused. They demanded full amount even before check-in. Kept the guest waiting for 30 min until the full amount was paid. Breakfast was very poor in taste and crockery did not appear fresh. Overall not a very cooperative and courteous staff from reception to room service. The actual place is no way close to the way it appears on the images. This makes me lose trust in Booking.com

really close to pavilion mall, room is modern and clean. good for a 1 night stay , great value

kept having power cuts, staff didn’t speak English so was difficult to ask basic questions, have to pay in cash & mosquitoes could get in.

"Expected a decent stay, turned out to be a very bad experience. Property doesn't accept card."

Actually nothing

Bad location, no breakfast (no restaurant on house), delayed service, no inhouse bar/food in room for snacks or beverages. Property charged extra beyond what was shown on mail from booking.com. Didn't allow for an early check-in despite request given during booking.....in all it's not worth the place to stay.
