Great location!

Great location, decent room, good people.

Great location at the quiet end of the beach. Basic room but for the price it was fine. Stayed as a single woman alone and felt safe.

Food in the restaurant was ok, and access wise at night/early morning it isn't the easiest to get to. You have to climb over a tree trunk and then the access is up some steps and across a rickety bridge. Might be tricky with large bags. But for the price it was great!

Rubbish on the only accessible path (outside of guest house border, but it wouldn’t hurt to pick it up ) Double bed was rickety.

The location is super nice since it is literally on a beach. But neware: It is impossible to get there by scooter/car. You need to carry your luggage a long way. A) You leave it near to Seven eleven and walk by the beach over half kilometer B) Drive all the way up to the hill (guite far from town).Then you turn left and drive all the way down the steep narrow road. You will end up to another resorts parking lot. Walk to the beach and you can see Rock Sand on your left.

Great room, great staff, great view. Beautiful location.

You have to take in mind that a car cannot reach the hotel, there is a short walk on the beach. The staff can help you carry your staff.

The location is the best. I forgot something at the hotel and they will mail it to me : )

Incredible views, right on the sea

this property is amazing value for money. fantastic location great beaches on both sides. we ended up extending our stay three times while here because we loved it. amazing views from the rooms

I love the remoteness of this place. We were sitting directly by the sea—just three steps down, and you’re in the water. The water in this area is absolutely stunning—crystal clear and beautiful. I can’t express how wonderful it felt to have the sand between my toes as I walked along the beach, with no worries about sharp objects or debris. The beach was absolutely spotless. The family who own the business are truly exceptional people. They went above and beyond to help us with many requests, even when they weren’t obligated to. The owners’ daughter and son are an impressive duo—a power couple destined to take this property’s development to great heights in the future. The service provided by all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was smiling, apart from the "old man of the sea," who is quite the character with his moustache, reminiscent of a Mexican bandito. All he needed to complete the look was a sombrero! I even managed to make him smile a couple of times. Tewon was at one point or another of our stay, the chef, painter, porter, handyman you name he did it. He is another fantastic character the hotel can be proud of. I highly recommend a visit to this place.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. The only issue that there is is that there is no direct route from the road onto the property so if you can come here with more luggage that you can carry easily, I would recommend you get in touch with the hotel and arrange with them to send a person to help you with the baggage. I personally have suffered with back problems and they help to move our luggage from the 7/11 next to the KC grand hotel to their resort. No issues full on service with a smile.
