Towels and curtain had stains or were ripped. There were many bugs (especially in the bathroom). The shower didn’t work properly, very little hot water came out. And the most annoying thing was the location. The room was on the street side, so every passing car or scooter was hearable. This resulted in us barely being able to sleep.

They have big room space good for family or groups

Wash room is not that clean to be honest

Spider webs everywhere and lizards,,smelly rooms No room service no food Never responding staff,,the water kettle was so dirty when I asked to change they said we have only this one ..then I ask to wash they said we don't have the staff ,, I tried to wash it myself but couldn't do it eventually I had to buy me a new kettle as I needed it for my baby

Location very good (shopping, food, monkey forest, Coco Supermarket, Money exchange, Pharmacy (Apotek) - all available) Room size - spacious, swimming pool - good, needs cleanliness inside room and bathroom and toilet. Staff helpful.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms very clean with decent size , perfect location 👌

The property was in a great location right in the centre and the internet was good.

The hotel does not look the pictures. Firstly the hotel room was dirty and basic, there was a thick layer of dust under the bed and on the wardrobes. There was mould on the mirror, the bathroom had a horrible smell and was just generally dirty, the shower head was full of lime scale. The room was on the main road and it was so noisy whilst trying to sleep. Not to mention the laundry service, it took double the time mentioned and when given them the money the man said he would give us change and he never did.
