The property was really central! The rooms and amnesties were modern and very clean too. The staff however were the absolute highlight!! They went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable as possible - thank you thank you!

Everything! We had the best time here celebrating our honeymoon the location is amazing and easy walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. You can also see the monkeys from the forest at the hotel. We had a candle lit dinner which was lovely and special and booked trips through the hotel for a bike ride and sunrise mountain walk. The staff are the best making your stay feel special we highly recommend this hotel.

The trips we booked through the hotel wasn’t explained to us that well. For instance we didn’t know the bike ride was a full tour with food included and we had had breakfast before we went, they also took us to a coffee plantation on both the sunrise walk and bike tour which again we had no idea about. Full transparency would be better for guests booking these trips.

- great room near reception with pool access - perfect central location with walking distance to market, museums, shops, restaurants etc - highlight…wonderful staff 😀 with special thanks to sweet Ayu for helping me with kindness & natural health tips for an upset stomach !! - loved the ‘monkey show’ surrounding the pool 🤣🤣(hotel is close to Monkey Forest) - long hotel happy hour with excellent service

- breakfast was yum with great coffee, would like some cereal options

Hotel non molto grande direttamente nel cuore di Ubud, camere pulitissime, piccola e curata piscina, il bistrò annesso con una buona scelta di cocktail, lo staff meraviglioso, colazione alla carta con scelte dolci e salate…ci tornerei domani!!
