Perfect location, rooms that open to the pool. Breakfast was always delicious. Was our favourite stay in all of Bali

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience Ubud. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal balance, allowing us to explore Ubud easily while still having a tranquil retreat to return to each day. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. We immediately felt at home and looked forward to returning to our room after each day of exploring. The facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was stunning and exceptionally well maintained, providing the perfect place to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Everything throughout the property was kept to a very high standard and reflected the care and pride the team clearly takes in the hotel. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, warm and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly smiles and exceptional hospitality made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, and their kindness really left a lasting impression on us. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and fresh, high-quality options each morning. Combined with the beautiful setting and peaceful atmosphere, it was the perfect way to start each day. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. The combination of the fantastic location, beautiful accommodation, excellent facilities and outstanding staff made for a truly memorable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

Very comfortable. Lovely and kind staff. Very patient with our grandchildren. Short walk to monkey park.

No negatives

Wow! What a start.. we arrived early as we checked out of our villa. Greeted and bags taken to the room. They upgraded our room which was fantasic! Balcony with a pool & an afternoon tea upgrade. Tea & fruit on arrival too. Breakfast was fantastic & you cannot fault the staff service. Just beautiful, happy balinese people who made us feel so welcome. 100% recommend this beautiful hotel.
