NGStaff seem very disinterested, unmotivated, and very slow. The rooms are large but look very unkempt. The air conditioner in the room does not work, and it makes a lot of noise. The hotel is not well managed. The furniture has seen better days. It needs a total revamp.
The hotel is not welcoming right from the reception to the rooms. It needs a total revamp to bring it up to date.
