Nice customer care

The location on Google mab js not accurate when you take a cap they send you to a different places, they should update their location but in all there is a value for my money

Although I‘d rate the location of the hotel as medium, I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Relatively clean rooms, and cleaning service was very good.

The bathtub didn’t have a bathtub plug and after asking for it they said there is none. Hence the bathtub was of no use (although it was part of the reason for my stay). Breakfast is only (and always the same): Omelett and 2 slices of white toast, and tea. The breakfast is delivered at the convenience of the staff NOT THE GUEST, meaning it could be delivered at any time between 7:30 and 9:00. Once on a Sunday they knocked at my door at 7:30! The hotel is relatively far away from any kind of activities (no larger supermarkets, there are not really restaurants in the close radius, and poor other services) - for orientation, Accra mall is 35 minutes away by car. In my room, I could hear everything through the walls, including the staff arguing.

The rate was very competitive and the location is very well secured and seen as an elite location. Moreover although the restaurant is being rehabilitated and was not functional, the Hotel manager ordered a very good jolof rice from outside the hotel with fish that was very delicious

For a room of 2 people a one-person breakfast was served. The card payment device was down that night so made a cash payment

Room was cozy and comfortable but very breakfast! I don't know why they offer to give breakfast. I think they should take it off the manu.

There isn’t a telephone in the room, so i have to call the reception with my mobile phone using my own airtime, neither is there a bedside socket for charging phones. Also, the water heater doesn’t get warm enough

Let me begin with saying that I had a great time in Ghana and met some great people there. So a bad hotel exp can't dampen my spirit. The hotel is run by a family and still upcoming so hopefully they will be ok in future. Let me jot down pointers which did not go well with us. 1. We checked in at 830 pm in night with prior info and Our rooms were still not ready. We sat for an hour almost after a 14 hrs flight 2. The breakfast was a hoax. Despite knowing that there are two ppl, they gave brkfast for one which included two slices of bread and a half omlette. No water/juice. When asked they said it is hotel policy . Per room one brkfast. Terrible! 3. There was no water for a full night and day. Two buckets of water was given to me before going to office 4. Intermittent electricity problem. Could not even charge the phone for a day 5. Forget about weak wifi... There was no wifi for two days... When it arrived.. It remained lousy 6. They do not accept card payments at all only cash... Guys at reception were helpful but seemed that their hands were tied.
