"Poor"

I made reservations for luxury room but offered a small room with window curtains torn. I complained but the guy in charge didn't want to know

"Terrible experience ever"

I was not served breakfast at all. I was told breakfast starts at 8am.

Bed is in bad shape, bathroom window curtains damaged, light switches not functional and water heater could not be regulated. Tv has a funny sound.

"Lack of professionalism"

The breakfast was poor, but good location.

Very poor customer service, lack communication skills. Very very poor breakfast. No clear instructions regrading breakfast. Time wasting after arriving at the hotel, we waited for 3 hours before the room was made available to us.

"I will never stay of recommend to anyone"

The place was without internet as claimed by the website. The Toilet does not flush. I literally have to bail water with the trash can to manually flash. The price for the room on the site was not what I paid, according to the staff, the website was wrong and I had to pay an additional $20. I only stayed because I was desperate and tired after being stranded for 24 hours at the airport.

Horrible Experience! Worse experience involving a “hotel” in my travels, and I travel extensively
