Everything. Customer service is non existent, I don’t think they even know what customer service is about No preparation is made towards expected guest. You arrive and the receptionist is sleeping at the reception in very casual clothes. They had no idea who I was despite having a booking so check in took so long. Eventually got to my room and bathroom was so dirty. They sent a girl to come clean the bathroom , the shock was she used the toilet brush to clean the area under the bathroom sliding door. The worst was I had no water throughout my stay, I had to alert them water wasn’t flowing , which was fixed but the water flowing through the shower was so scanty I could barely shower. The rest of my stay there was no water. Will never use this hotel again. I wouldn’t qualify it as a hotel.

Loved every thing about the hotel it was very clean and the stuff were also very professional.. .. .. I will recommend it to everyone

The so called manager of the hotel upon arrival was telling me the room I booked for isn't available anymore and that I have to pay a higher rate than what I booked for in very mean and arrogant gestures for that matter for me to get a room. I reverted point blank that I am not going to pay an extra dime for any room so he better find me the room I booked for. He later took me to a room so basic and small. Wasn't value for money, bad tv sound, water flows intermittently,awful smell on the way to your room etc
