They left the breakfast outside my room a I requested. What little breakfast there was (toasted bread and egg) was consistently hot and tasty. It was preserved well and the crockery and cutlery were clean and looked almost new. Only suggestion would be to add a bottle of water to the tray, as the drink was to be made in the room. The AC worked well and the water ran well. Free WiFi was good. When the power went out there was only a short interruption before the generator kicked in which was great.

Unfortunately everything could just be better. It's perhaps typical of Ghana but they just didn't do enough. The manager upgraded my room after the room I'd booked wasn't available, which was a great start, he at least tried but what I paid for the room was about right, even with the upgrade. There was just no attention to detail. Pictures on the wall weren't straight and frames were dirty, the fake flowers weren't arranged well in the pot, the main light fixture looked like it had never been cleaned, the rim around the bottom of the wardrobe was dusty. The rug at the end of the bed needed hoovering. The hotel rules and menu were really grubby, the window behind the bed, looked like it never gets opened as it was super dirty. The toggle on one of the tie backs was missing (I must say the curtains looked very clean). The handles on the wardrobe were wonky. There was no plug in the bath. The soap was a bar of medicated soap, which didn't smell good. The base of the toilet hadn't been cleamed well. I actually cleaned and rectified a lot of the issues while I was there. Finally and there's nothing they can do about it, the walls were paper thin. The dog baking outside sounded like it was in the room..As soon as the staff arrived in the morning one could hear, as they'd be shouting across to one another and on a couple of mornings it sounded like staff were having some kind of altercation. I greeted one of the workers as I walked in and he just looked in my face. The girl sat in the reception area as I was leaving, looked like she was trying to sleep, I asked for Godwin but she didn't look like she was going to make an attempt to find him said I should just put the key in the bowl. No, "did you enjoy your stay? ...Please visit again etc". There were lots of little things that you wouldn't necessarily (and shouldn't have to) complain about but they all add to the experience.

Cockroaches , taps not working the manager was awful very rude disrespectful more concerned about the payment than customers health and comfortability.

"Fix it!!"

Location

Broken bath, executive room must be really execute. Fix the tap, remove the excess tile trapping people to get in the bath! Breakfast very bad!!
