La ubicación. Inicialmente la reserva la teníamos en el Beirut Hotel 1 y nos cambiaron para Beirut Hotel 2. Más moderno, con lo que salimos ganando. El personal de recepción. Ash y Khalid maravillosos. No tengo palabras suficientes de agradecimiento para estos dos chicos. Súper profesionales, educados, agradables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa permanente en su cara. De lo mejor que me he encontrado en todos los viajes que he hecho a lo largo de mi vida.

"Really good location with friendly staff"

Very convenient downtown location with friendly staff who helped recommend places, offered support with luggage and gave other pieces of advice.

Room was basic and shower was a bit too powerful for me, but overall it was good value given the location and wider facilities/staff
