Ciepła woda, ogrzewanie, czajnik, herbata, kawa, akcesoria do mycia, dobrze wyposażone pokój. Niczego nie brakowało.

Fatalne łóżka, bardzo niewygodne materace, czuć sprężyny.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y cordial, nos ayudaron con todo desde nuestro traslado desde el aeropuerto, nos indicaron un app para pedir comida porque habíamos llegado muy tarde a la noche y hasta llamaron a la empresa con la que alquilamos un coche porque se habían demorado, un gran ejemplo de la hospitalidad jordana. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y amplias. Buen desayuno.

The breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are clean. The location is good, but too noisy at nights because of the area.

I do not recommend this hotel. I booked a single room, which was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The room was extremely small, like a prison cell. The windows were very high, so there was no view outside. The shower handle was broken and leaking a lot of water and the door handle of the room was also broken. I do not understand why someone should pay to stay in a room like a prison cell even if it’s just for a single room, or why the hotel is even selling rooms in this condition. After I complained, I was told that no other rooms were available. However, when I complained again in front of the owner, I was given a free upgrade. The upgraded room was bigger, but still in poor condition- the mirror was broken, which is dangerous as someone could easily get injured. In general, I don’t understand why the hotel sells rooms that are not properly maintained. They say they want to satisfy guests, but that is impossible when rooms are offered in such inappropriate conditions. I was also told that the free upgrade was given so that I could leave a good review, which I find unacceptable. Guest satisfaction should not depend on reviews. It is just “If you deserve it you will get the nice review”. The area has amenities nearby, but it is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. I would not recommend staying here for more than two nights. I will upload photos showing the real condition of the rooms. If I had known all this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel. Regarding the staff, the receptionist named Feras did not know how to handle the situation. He showed no problem-solving skills and even said that he does not care about reviews, yet while showing the upgraded room he repeatedly said that the free upgrade was given on the condition of a good review. The only real solution came from the owner who happened to be present. If the owner had not been there, I don’t know what solution would have been offered from Mr Feras.
