Housekeeping did an excellent job. I could tell the room had been thoroughly cleaned and not just tidied up. The small details were taken care of.

"Book somewhere else"

Location was ok, that was about it.

Pools not cleaned daily, maybe weekly, pool areas not clean, food bland boring and cheap, for all inclusive not worth the money. Beer thinned down with water, spirits the worse quality you could sample not drink. The DJ well, to much shouting that you can't have a discussion , chat within 50 metres. Definitely a cat problem maybe not mice or rats but definitely cats. Rooms comfortable but needing an upgrade. Value for money No.

Booked back in July/Aug. Had a family problem which ment I was unable to fulfill my trip. I emailed 3 times asking if possible for a full refund or even partial.I know my booking was clear on the cancellation policy. But I felt I was reaching out early enough for them to refill the room and my reasons for cancelling. I got NO response whatsoever. 3 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. Bad customer service!
