They are so rude an we changed the rooms many 5 times for 2 nights

Just the swimming pool

Nothing! It was awful. Hotel of horrors, massively misrepresented in the photos and was nothing like the advert. There was no water to shower with most the time and bathroom was atrocious. It stank badly and generally the hotel was filthy. The food was awful, no cold drinks. Coke was not acidic, really watered down. Food was tasteless and didnt look clean in restaurant. Tables were all dirty. Plates also dirty and cuttlery. Got food poisoning from food and didnt eat after that. It was the most horrific hotel I have ever stayed at and they refused to cancel even though there was no water in shower for two days so i had to shower at the beach.

Everything was awful. Staff didnt care. Pool water was used to clean pavings and was leaking back into pool when they swept it. Food was awful. Bathroom and toilet had horrid smell and was generally dirty.

The hotel has a good ambiance and 3 swimming pools. The structure and green areas give a good vibe when you walk around. Bitez is a quiet town comparing the other parts of Bodrum. It would be a good choice if you are looking for fewer people around. The entertainment staff is really friendly and they help you to go to night and beach clubs if you ask them.

We had a bad start with the towels. The hotel only delivers beach towels between 9-12 in the morning. You can't check in before 14:00, so you can't get your beach towels for your first day. One of the aircon got broken on the 3rd day of our stay. The hotel did not provide another room or fix the aircon permanently. We had a one of a hell night in a place with 34 degrees without aircon. They have some extra food buffets like burgers and chips day. However, they don't have enough staff to provide it. We waited more than 30 mins to get some chips but could not get any. They told us the time is up so we don't provide more. We tried to communicate the issue with management however the guy we talked to did not even look at our face. It was a very disrespectful conversation because of his attitude. The staff (except the cleaning lady and entertainment crew) in the hotel was really rude. We and the other guests had arguments with them many times. They don't even reply when we thank them for something. The last (actually we have more but keep the important topics only) one is the hotel does not have a private beach. The beach is 5-10 mins walk distance and they only redirect you to one of the free beach clubs they know. That club is owned by someone else.

It was close to the beach just 5 min walking distance.

They are cleaning the room everyday but it wasn't a cleaning they just tied up the room, beds but never changed the shields during one week. Neither shields nor towels;( The food was not nice we had to eat pasta all the week. You can eat chicken sometimes but meat they use its packed industrial one which is disgusting. We bought all inclusive but we ate outside sometimes just to eat nice food. If you don't expect too much, I recommend you to go.

it shows on the website as a 4 star hotel. but this hotel is not even 1 star hotel. room we have was so dirty and smells so bad. we told them to change the room for us due to water stuck on shower and smell so bad. ac leaking and all ur stuff getting wet. they said they don’t have a different room. i ask for refund and I go different hotel. they said no. because I paid €600 i have to stay for 4 days and don’t enjoy my stay
