No sabría por donde empezar, desde la amabilidad y atención de quienes atienden el lugar, las comodidades, servicios, la verdad es que si o si regresaremos y esperamos quedarnos más tiempo. Encantados con ese hermoso lugar.

No quedarme más días, no hubo nada malo.

Breathtaking location

Be ready for a crazy ride there

Pros:  Food is amazing.  Seriously, the best quality I’ve had.  Truly delicious food. The view is beautiful The Deluxe dome is amazing The shower has hot water which is great! The sunrise is absolutely beautiful.

Cons: Getting here is hard. You will definitely need to have Jairo pick you up from the airport or have someone with a 4x4 that knows the road to the hotel to take you.  It is a pretty tough trek and regular cars cannot negotiate the mountain road.   Notes: You are in the wilderness.  There will be mosquitoes and random insects. It rains almost every day at noon. So be prepared.

Wow, I've seen many places but none like this. This hotel is very remote and difficult to get to but it is worth the trouble. I've traveled to 45 different countries but have never seen a more beautiful sunset view than this one. Here you'll see a wide open view of the Sierra Nevada valley, many different species of birds and hear howler monkeys in the morning. This is a locally owned hotel by a very sweet, loving family. They will do everything to help you feel comfortable here. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place.

Bugs will somehow find their way into the rooms but since temperatures are cooler here, there aren't any mosquitos so that's a big plus.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great fuel for morning mountain hikes.

Stunning location and view from the room. Balcony has view overlooking the mountains. In the middle of nature with the sound of exotic birds. Fresh air and perfect for hiking to the waterfalls. Peaceful retreat. Thrilling ride by moto taxi (motorbike) to get there - not for feint hearted. Family run and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Highly recommended experience.
