استقبال الطاقم جيد جدا وجبة الفطور جيدة جدا حجم الفندق و الغرف جيد جدا الاطلالة و التكييف جيد

اثاث الغرفة قديم و اثاث الرسبشن و المصعد قديم لا يتناسب مع فندق ب5 نجوم ادوات الحمام تحتاج الى تحديث عدم وجود صوندة مياة متحركة للتواليت التكييف مركزي لا يمكن التحكم بدرجة حرارة الغرفة فقط تشغيل و ايقاف كراج السيارات بعيد عن مدخل الفندق و لا يوجد موظف لرصف السيارة الفندق نظيف لكن يحتاج الى نظافة اكثر ليتناسب مع 5 نجوم
