The location and price. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The go all out to make our stay as comfortable as possible

The next door were occupied by some youths of a political party. Very noisy until late at night. Thwy seemed drunk and banging the connecting door. We couldn't sleep well. Bext day we complained to the manager. He promised to give a better room next stay

The location

The mattress had a spring exposed. Also ,providing just 1 L water bottle on the 1st day and charging on the day of check out was disappointing. The reason stating that we had taken the room for just one night is definitely not something expected for a 3 star property.
