I like the room space, living room space, bathroom design.i am very much impressed the garden layout and plants.

Overall we have satisfied

Bed is not comfortable and asked for extra bed to sleep on the floor. At the end they have charged for extra bed. Not friendly to listen our concern

Overall breakfast had lots of varieties. But it became too crowded on 2 days to such an extent that we had to wait for about 20 minutes to dine. But, the staff tried very hard to acoomodate our family into the dining hall. They even brought food from buffet display to our table as the entire dining hall did not have a space to stand let alone to choose the food from display.

As above. Also, the drainage system in bathroom did not drain well and water stagnated in bathroom and started to smell bad when you come back to room in evening. They asked me to pay the amount in full within a day after booking. They emailed me saying "if i did not send the money, my booking will be cancelled". Effectively, it has become a Non-refundable booking although booking.com said it was a flexible booking. Booking.com probably needs to be more transparent with customer and inform that it is effectively a non-refundable booking.
