Jayaa Beach

Friendly stuff. During our 20 days trip on Sri Lanka, this was first accommodation where they asked us after first night if we needed room cleaning.

Jayaa beach is great value for money, located less than a 1 min walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was massive.

It’s not obvious in the photos but the wall facing the road is floor to ceiling glass windows. The curtains for this side of the room are not blackout so the room was still lit up from lights outside the room at night and the got bright early in the morning and also left us wondering if people outside could see in. The road and train tracks can be a little noisy. Whilst the floors and bathroom facilities were clean the walls and ceiling needed a clean there was a lot of marks and cobwebs.

We had a fantastic time at Jayaa Beach. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right near the beach, which made for beautiful mornings and evenings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable.

There is a little bit of noise from the nearby road, especially during the day, but it’s not too disturbing, and we had no trouble sleeping peacefully at night. The tranquil surroundings, combined with the sound of the ocean, make it an excellent place to unwind.

location is great. It's right next to a beach where you can swim with giant sea turtules. the hotel is very nice and clean. everything was good.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. The location is good with private access to the turtle beach, including a couple of nice restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff.
