Good location, food was reasonable price, staff were friendly and managed any requests easily

staff, especially in the dining area could be a lot better and friendlier... The credit card machine didn't work, and we had to pay cash - who travel with so much cash on hand these days. Invoice wasn't prepared and none was give - it was all just verbally informed, which is pretty stupid given the type of hotel this was.

Hotel is situated in excellent location-at the heart of the city. and it is close to everywhere. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. But the breakfast could be better.

we were in a room facing the square which seemed great until 5.30 am when a very loud call to prayers went on for 10 minutes. not sure if it was noisier than normal as was first day of Ramadan. all part of the atmosphere of being in a Muslim country but think would sacrifice the view and ask for a room the back next time. would definitely go back here

Where to start actually, it was the worst experience in my life. Personally, I have never expected from a hotel, which is the rating itself as a five stars hotel can be so I’m tolerated and undisciplined. We stayed there for one night and at 12 AM. Just the next to our door we heard very loud music and people, shouting and screaming and yelling to each other in an appropriate manner. It lasted until 2 PM when I was so pissed off that I had no other choice to go back to reception and ask them to take care of that stuff. After that at 4 PM they started again even louder again I was forced to go again and speak with the reception stuff but again this people didn’t listen and they only finished at 4:30 AM so overall that kind of behavior and attitude is showing that the hotel doesn’t follow its own internal policy. In addition, to that the higher rates of the rooms made an overall bad taste and experience of that hotel I strongly discourages everybody to stay there, and twice before booking. Turn off Night Shift
