The people were nice and helpful. The issues are out of their hands at the moment. And they did tell me they are refunding me. But the room itself and amenities are a health risk and disgrace.

No TV, no carpet, no microwave, no fridge, no bedding, no trash cans, broken window in bathroom, lot of black mold in bathroom, shower built for skinny people. Couldn't get to it. The mattress is disrespectful. I have pictures.

Nothing, it was pretty bad

Everything. I had to get moved to three different rooms because of the shower, the first one had hot water but clogged up, the second one didn’t clog up but had no hot water or working door, and then the final room I got moved too had a disgusting tub, and then the tub still clogged. But it was too late to move again.I admit there was one man who was trying to accommodate me by moving rooms but it was just that the rooms never got better. I definitely don’t believe you should bring any kids here. There are a lot of open hazards and the floor is so dirty it would turn your feet black within 5 minutes of standing on it. I even asked a worker for a mop to clean it myself and she said “we don’t have a mop, we use towels”. What makes me more upset is the price, this is a 25-30$ room tops. Definitely not worth 70$ a night. It just honestly makes up upset that the 3 days I’ve been here, I wasn’t able to take one good shower.

for 1 the tv was unhooked and did not work, plus the room was nasty like thugs lived there. I did not feel safe there so I left 1hr. after arriving and went to motel 6 down the road. I paid $79.00 for someplace I was not comfortable being at, then another $111.00 at motel 6.what a shitty experience that was.

I wish I could tell you, but not a single aspect of that place had my attention.

The room had no TV I guess someone stole it and it had roaches. No toilet paper nothing like you would see in regular hotels. Id definitely won't be staying there again
