I didn't get the 2 beds I asked for... And there was problem with the toilet

This place needs the health department to shut them down , blood on the floor and the garbage was not even thrown out . Dirty towel (one) the one towel that they had for four people staying there , asked for towels and I. Was told I needed to leave a deposit for the other three towels that were needed. The bathroom door had been scratched up by a dog or some type of animal . Comforter had burnt holes in it as big as a quarter . See pictures

I like this place ..its peaceful and staff is very friendly and helpful i recommend to all my coworks .and friends thank you Ramona inn ..great job .. Its hard to find a clean and safe .....quite place here in Hemet .but this place surely covers it...

Love the WHERE ONE WOULD GO TO DIE review--- Wish I had read that before opting at midnight to stop there - desperate and tired to find a place. I would NOT put my worst enemy up here. Staff is HORRIBLE - Rude - and not friendly... We could NOT stay here.. walked in and right back out... GOOD THING my Credit card company refunded my $$ - drive 30 min away - Much nicer!! ** ASK TO CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPERWORK_ CC CHARGE SLIPS ************ ROOMS ARE SO NASTY ************* They will refuse to give you your money back... By far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Not only is there a peep whole in every bathroom it seems like but the staff have a poor attitude or funny sort of up yours inside joke of a way of going about it. Asked about the vineyards in town and they just pointed to wall of flyers and forms which helped none what so ever. Just the worst people and place you can possibly imagine.

Stayed here one night. The price was so/so - there are cheaper (and better) places in town. the room was absolutely basic. Small, old TV, no bedside reading lights, no coffee maker, no continental breakfast. However, the bed was comfortable, there was lots of hot water and the room was quiet. It was walking distance (6 - 8 blocks) from "downtown". The room was clean. Towels etc, were pretty threadbear. Had WiFi but I couldn't get it to work. I don't think I would stay here again.
