Clean, tidy, spacious, and excellent staff

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they certainly aren't to blame for the owners' and directors' "grandeur delusions." The breakfast buffet is generous, but for someone like me who's on a diet and there to relax, it's not enough to make the stay enjoyable. In hindsight, it's clear that I didn't "fit" in. The place seems better suited for loud people and "nouveaux riches."

I booked my stay based on the great rates and positive reviews I read on Booking. However, I can’t understand why this hotel, which doesn’t even deserve more than 3 stars, has received such glowing praise. My stay was constantly disrupted by loud music, noisy guests, and overall loudness. Compared to the prices in Italy, ( and elsewhere) where I originally planned to go, this is sheer madness. What is this place offering—an escape? I had to leave the hotel a day earlier than planned (I initially booked 4 nights but extended by 3 more upon arrival, relying on the mesmerizing reviews). Even the spa, which is acceptable at best, is overpriced. Perhaps those who rated this hotel highly have never experienced what’s available outside of Lebanon.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful and accommodated every request we had. Pool staff were very good (Kevin) and the staff of the rooftop restaurant Le Gastronome (Tony & Georges) were also amazing.
