The hotel was spotless, the service was excellent, the receptionists were friendly, and a driver and car were provided for transportation. I thank the hotel for that.

The hotel's location is far and reaching it requires a lot of effort. The small size of the hotel.

The hotel is the best in jbeil, love the gym love the hotel love the suite and the spa everything is perfect and the room is super super clean and the staff is helpful and welcoming and sweet !!! Would def repeat this stay

My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!
