I chose to stay at Jinja Grand hotel after reading reviews from others. After a stressful week of loss of a loved one and frequent travels, I couldn't have prayed for a better place. I called the Hotel Manager, Hellen while still on the road and she went an extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and warm staff. From first interaction till I left. My room and beddings were very clean, warm water in the shower and a great breakfast.

Чисто, комфортно, очень доброжелательный персонал

Завтрак достаточно скудный. В других местах гораздо лучше было. И если заказывать ужин, то вместо 30-40 минут обещанных готовили 1,5ч и пришлось раза 3-4 напомнить…

Very good internet / WIFI Value for money. Will definetely be back.

Matress could be softer. No strawberry jam for breakfast, but on my request, the staff brought some.
