Istanbul Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

При поселенні замість стандартного номеру нам запропонували вілу яка складалась з 2 кімнат і це було дуже несподівано і приемно .на рецепції дуже всі приемні і допомогають у всьому.їжа смачна.все було чудово і з великим задоволенням ще приїдем.

Главным преимуществом отеля для меня и моей семьи оказался персонал. Очень отзывчивые и внимательные администраторы, в частности Шахзада, которая помогла нам с родителями жить в соседних номерах, очень сильно помогла моим родителям, когда у них были проблемы с трансфером, за что я очень благодарна. Безумно понравилось общаться с аниматорками Асель и Камиллой, чудесные, позитивные, мы и в дартс играли, и в бочу, и занимались йогой, классно болтали и проводили время. Конечно же персонал уборки номеров, сотрудники кухни и бара тоже были просто чудесными. Море близко, прекрасный бассейн с горками (кажется, что они маленькие, а потом залазишь на верх и дух захватывает катиться, я как в детстве накаталась с удовольствием), приятный вид на море (немого) и горы с балкона. Отдельно отмечу мороженое в 4 вечера, оно меня прям очень радовало, и сырники на баре на завтрак. Мы были во второй половине мая, людей было мало, так что было свободно а пляже и у бассейна.

В душе не возможно искупаться так, чтобы вода не вытекла наружу, приходится вытирать за собой пол. В хамам так и не попали, были какие-то проблемы с тем, чтобы его разогреть. Те, кто был после нашей попытки, тоже говорят, что попариться не удалось. Десерты честно не на мой вкус, спасал арбуз. На пятом этаже плохо ловил вайфай, но, справедливости ради, это починили к концу заезда. Зонты на пляже маловаты и полупрозрачные, приходится постоянно двигать лежак, чтобы оставаться в тени.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October and we were very happy and had an amazing time. We were checked-in quickly by Hamza from Reception who was very polite, spoke excellent English and checked us in with no issues. He showed us to our room and gave us lots of information about the hotel schedules and the local area. Throughout our stay, Hamza was always so kind and helpful and said hello to us each time we walked past Reception. We had a Large Standard room which was clean and a good size. The furniture was modern, and we had an amazing view from our balcony. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was modern and had good water pressure. The pool area was always clean and tidy – there were lots of workers always tidying up and available for any queries. The pool was a good temp, we would go in everyday and the two waterslides were really fun too. There were always enough sunbeds around the pool. We also spent a few days on the beach which was a short walk out of the hotel (about 2-3 mins). There was loads of sunbeds with umbrellas at no additional cost. There was also an all-inclusive bar at the beach which was part of the hotel. They also offered burgers & chips and ice cream there at certain times of the day. There wasn’t a great selection of food at the buffet, especially not at breakfast. The buffet area always looked clean, lots of workers always wiping surfaces and keeping things tidy. You can either sit in the restaurant which has an inside or outside, or can sit down by the pool near the bar. The all-inclusive bar closes at 10pm which is a bit annoying as we often found this too early, after 10pm you can pay for drinks but we never did as they were off-brand spirits. The beer on offer was Tuborg and had local spirits which did the job. Water is always available from the pool bar which was great. The animation team was really friendly, we went out to a club with Diyar and the animation team. We paid 10 Euros each and got picked up from the hotel at 11:30pm and then picked up from the club at 2:30am. The price also included entry into the club. The shows at the hotel were aimed more at families which we were fine with as we knew this wasn’t an adults/couples hotel. Overall, we had a really great time and loads of facilities at the hotel. For the low price we paid we were extremely happy. Thank you!!!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, our room was a basic corner room, but was sufficient, pool towels provided an room cleaned daily. The food & drink was basic, not the best variety but sufficient for a few days! (Disappointed no omelette for breakfast) The pool area was clean with decent sunbeds and umbrellas. There are shops near by with bargins to buy. What made the break great was the super friendly animation guys Sabir & Diyar, they work so hard entertaining throughout the day, morning dancing an water aerobics, darts in the afternoon an bingo. It was nice to have Diyar have some English speaking as all the other hotel guest were Russian an most the staff were not English speakers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Я очень не люблю писать плохие отзывы и крайне редко делаю это, но я не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто видел в своей жизни хорошие отели и знают, что такое качественный сервис и хорошее питание. Номера — старые. Ладно. Это можно пережить, хотя сломанный душ, нерабочий холодильник и половина нерабочих розеток — все таки можно было починить хотя бы это. Питание — жесть. Если вы не пришли к открытию ресторана, то будьте готовы, что вам не достанется еды и вы уйдете голодным. Выбор очень и очень скудный. Для маленьких детей — вообще молчу. Кроме макарон в обед и выбрать не из чего. Но опять таки, если пришли в разгар обеда, то и макарон уже не будет. И годовалому ребенку придется давать картошку фри. Уборка номеров: первый день не убирали. Второй — убрали. Третий день — пришлось бегать искать горничную, чтоб попросить убрать, ибо до 15:00 ее все еще не было. Единственные, кто заслуживают похвалы — это персонал, который убирает в ресторане. Быстро, четко, слажено. Горки на бассейне — в программе, которую выдал отель, написано, что открыты до 17:30. По факту, выключали их в 16:50. Экономия даже здесь?!!!

I had a pleasant experience at Istanbul Beach Hotel, with some clear highlights and a few areas for improvement. Food & Drinks: Dinner was excellent, especially the grilled dishes. The food is diverse and caters to all tastes: French fries, nuggets, cooked meals, plenty of salads, pasta, and very good desserts. Afternoon ice cream (3 flavors) is a nice touch. The iced coffee is really good, the chilled wine served as a cocktail and the beer are worth trying, but the spirits are not of the best quality. Soft drinks come from dispensers. Facilities: The pool is great, and the beach is clean and beautiful – perfect for relaxation. Wifi is free but the signal is kinda of bad. Accommodation: I stayed in the villas. The rooms are decent but nothing special; they could use some improvements to make them more comfortable. Other notes: Contrary to some opinions, English is spoken at the reception – all the receptionists we interacted with spoke English very well and were helpful. It’s true that most of the guests are Russian (around 90%), and there are some evening events tailored for them, but it’s not something negative. The music is mixed, including English songs. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience, with strong points in food, the pool, and the beach. I would recommend it to those looking for a relaxing stay with varied meals, as long as expectations are moderate when it comes to the rooms and strong drinks.

Superb hotel, superb vacation and expirience! we will recommend this hotel to everyone 100%!!! The rooms are clean, cleaning is done every day. The staff is friendly and smiling, always ready to help in any situation. Professional reception staff. The pool, restaurant, bars are also top notch! I recommend!!!
