Istanbul Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Breakfast was basic, and a bit repetative

Enjoyed pretty much everything in this hotel. Positives: - The location is great, <5 minutes walk to the beach. The convenience store is on the other side of the road, as well as pharmacy, tour agencies and other stores; - The food was awesome. The restaurant has a wide choice of food every time I got there. Even between meals they serve something to eat by the pool like hamburgers, french fries and ice cream. The food was fresh and tasty, especially enjoyed the pancakes and grilled fish; - The Bar at the pool is good, it has a good selection of drinks both with and without alcohol. The bartender that makes the cocktails every evening is cool; - The animators team are rocking the pool area throughout the day. Whether it's a afternoon activities like water polo or their program at the evening, it's always fun when they are around; - The beach is good, not crowded, has its own little bar and the Wi-Fi connection; - And the staff. And here I would like to thank everyone that works in the hotel (almost everyone, read further). Restaurant crew always kept the place clean and full of food, as well as pool crew. Our room was cleaned and had new towels every day by the hotel workers. The reception crew was super friendly and helpful (especially Shahzada, she really cared that we get everything we need and have a great time at the hotel); Negatives: - Wi-Fi Internet barely worked and is not free. Just get a SIM card and be done with it; - The dude with long hair who offers Sauna/Hammam/Massage services and hangs around at the lobby bothering people (don't remember his name). First time you arrive he jumps at you and takes you to the Massage area where he desperately tries to sell it to you. His selling technique goes like this: If he showed you the area and wasted his time on you, you MUST take the service (which is more expensive than same services elsewhere). We never promised him that we will come, we just said we will consider it, maybe we will come. From there he constantly asked when we're coming every time he saw us. Finally when I told him we won't come, he quickly developed infantile mentality. Talking rude, throwing some silly remarks when we were waiting for something else at the lobby. This guy easily was the worst part of our stay. We did laugh that off, and didn't really pay attention to this nonsense, but I really felt like I had to get this out to warn other people of this guy and maybe get hotel's higher staff some attention on this.

I was in a hurry to make reservation, did it through Booking, arrived to hotel with no docs, money and cards. Staff was very useful, helped me, let me checkin and wait while baggage would come over. Nice evening show

Its difficult to say what i like, just some men from staff, Denis and Ahmed are great, but others are not

The hotel in real is not 4 stars. Shower faucet was completely broken. Food is the same everyday without any choice of it (hot dishes), after 4 days its impossible to eat it. Also stupid music is very annoying. Swimming poll slides were enabled only one time during all my 8 days. Wi-Fi is really bad, and you need to pay for a better one, but it's also not good. Common, 21th century, why do I need to pay for the wifi in the hotel??
