"値段の割によかった、"

スタッフが外国人が多かったけど、日本語も上手で、一生懸命さが伝わってきてよかった。

フロントとスタッフの連携が少し悪かった。 本当なら今の時期暖房でいいのだろうけど、今年は暑かったので、室内よ空調クーラーにして欲しかった。ふた部屋とも暑く、夜窓開けて寝てました。で、廊下が異常なほどの暖房でした。なかなか切り替えとか難しいんでしょうが、調整してほしかった。 地下のエレベーター降りたところの案内表示が見にくいく、２０００番の部屋のひとが1000ばんの棟で迷っていて、2組案内してあげました！

"古いホテルかな…"

フロントの方の対応はとてもよかったです。

部屋のソファが汚れており座れませんでした あと家具に前の方が何かこぼした後がありました 枕の予備も汚れており使えませんでした

"山のてっぺんで気持ち良い大浴場"

外観が素敵 ツインの部屋が清潔でとても広く快適でした 大浴場も満足 ビュッフェもちょうど良い品数と美味しく頂きました

ロビーから部屋迄の連絡通路がかなりややこしく 一度B1に降りて長い連絡通路を進みやっとエレベーターで3階迄上がるという不便さを感じました
