"外観は悪く無いのだが"

最近は何処のホテル、宿も外国人スタッフが居るが、ここも日本人スタッフよりスタッフ接客応対が良い。 蓼科山側の部屋だったので窓からや露天風呂からの眺めは良い。 部屋の広さ、バストイレルームの広さは申し分無い

あまり広くない為かレストランの混雑ひどい。時間を予約制にしたほうが良い。 品揃えもイマイチなのと品々を取るスペースが狭くて混雑時は大変だった。 部屋のトイレドアの建付けが悪いのだろう思い切りやらないと開かない 隣室との壁が薄く子供が燥いでいるとうるさく聞こえた。1泊だけで居なくなったので良かったが。 最終日の朝気づいたが、ゴキブリのような死骸が床にあったがこれは？

部屋が広かった 部屋のバス トイレも 比較的広かった 生のジャズソングを聞くことができた 部屋から車山 山頂を見ることができた アルコール飲み放題 室内プールがあった

盆休み期間のため食堂は混雑していた

"Resort style hotel"

I liked that the hotel had views of the mountains

The first room they gave me was incorrect from what i had booked. That Twin room looked and felt miserable with room kind of dark and in need of refurbishment. The correct room with Tatami was much better and more comfortable. It is after all a ski resort hotel, so when it's non-ski season, a lot of facilities and restaurants are closed or partially operating
