Grand Hotel Stella Maris Italia

Purtroppo niente in generale. L’albergo è proprio vecchio e mal tenuto. Trascurato e abbastanza sporco.

Tutto! Benché venga pubblicizzato 4 stelle, meno male che non ho preso una stanza standard e ho preso una suite. Non ha tutte quelle caratteristiche che ci dovrebbero essere in un 4 stelle. Invece è vecchio sporco e con lenzuola rotte con buchi. La doccia era sporca e impossibile,non riesci neanche a girarti con il piano doccia liscio neanche antiscivolo… Il Tv sembrava un francobollo. Non capisco perché detenga 4 stelle Booking. Ristorante. All’arrivo pessimo servizio “ c’era un matrimonio” la colazione scarsa è insufficiente, poca scelta e tanto cibo confezionato.

Support from all the reception staff especially Giuseppe was wonderful. The staff at the restaurant were really helpful this includes Carmelo and Vanessa. The meals were very good.

It would be helpful to inform potential guests that Palmi has no public transport or taxi. Due to the location of the hotel this makes it difficult to access Palmi’s town centre or local attractions and the beaches.

Stopped one night on way to Sicily. Chosen due to location just of motorway. Restaurant and small bar. Good dinner and breakfast. Reasonable priced petrol station just over roundabout. Perfect for our needs.
