Crown Palace Residence

I booked large deluxe room. Expected 2 large beds but it was only one double bed and one single bed. It was a bit crowded and couldn’t use the cupboard. As it was jammed with double bed. Service was good. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

I stayed in this hotel before and found it very clean. But this time I felt that comot toilet was dirty. And the shower for the toilet was always leaking.

Security and breakfast

The food was Very good.

The room had a window, but it didn't offer any outside view. When opened, it looked directly into another empty room, which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable.

Room is clean and well organised.. staff behaviour is polite and respectful... We will come back again
