Close to the airport.

Should be cleaner considering the price. I shared my run down room with cockroaches and mosquitos. Manager condescending.

The location was good, the room was clean and the environment was nice.

The staff did not appear professional given the value. Their complimentary breakfast was served late.

Cleanliness. Location. Overall good. Staffs were good except one. Tafsir opu and pranto's behavior were excellent & cooperative.

The price difference between what was shown in booking.com and their bill is 380 taka. They said it is booking.com's Commission and dollar rate is 130 taka. Not a major issue but the price should be consistent and same in booking.com and in the hotel for those who booked through booking.com. No floor mat in front of the washroom which is a must. They should keep one in every room. I asked for one. But they didn’t give one. Maybe they forgot.

We like the hotel environment Staff was very friendly specially the lady was in reception (forgot the name may be Troya) very polite, friendly and professional- made our stay more pleasant😊Thank you very much.

We have not good experience in the restaurant. The vegetable wasn’t cooked properly we did not eat but they charged!
