Best to stay...food swimming pool....

Room space....

The buildings were clean and beautiful .

It’s quite far from the main market .

Opposite the airport useful for an early / late flight. Large rooms, lots of complimentary items and facilities.

The food and service at the restaurant needs to be improved to match the rest of what the hotel provides

Das Zimmer war sauber und in gutem Zustand, das Personal bemüht. Essen war sehr lecker. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zum Flughafen laufen.

Unmittelbar neben dem Pool tut sich aktuell eine Baugrube auf. Dieser ist nicht nutzbar und verdreckt.

This is a great option for a short stay, and the room size genuinely exceeded our expectations - it was huge and very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, creating a good first impression when you arrive. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals during the stay. Overall, in terms of space, food, and common areas, Fortune Park Airport Road gets a lot right.

Unfortunately, the experience was let down by some serious misses on the basics. We found someone else’s underwear lying on the couch when we entered the room, which immediately raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned. To make things worse, the AC wasn’t cooling in the evening, something we only realised after going to sleep. At around 3 AM, I had to call housekeeping, and while someone did come and fix it, our sleep was completely disrupted. Since we had an early start the next morning, this left us quite sleep deprived. Overall, it felt like too many basic checks were missed, which was disappointing given how good the hotel could otherwise be.
