Poor guest service, stayed in a suite and it smelled of dampness

Conveniently located near the airport, so this was a good option for a night stop after a late evening flights.

Cleanliness was an issue and the restaurant buffet was a nightmare. The staff was just not able to manage the overflow of holiday travellers. People were standing in hoards for food, one had to look for tables, water, spoons themselves. It felt like a madly managed langar!

Bardzo elegancki hotel z profesjonalną obsługą recepcji. Pan bagażowy pomocny i uprzejmy. Dużym plusem jest możliwość zamówienia jedzenia do pokoju. Ze względu na bardzo wczesny lot śniadanie zostało dla nas przygotowane na wynos, co było świetnym rozwiązaniem. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko lotniska. Pokoje są duże i przestronne, z wygodną, dobrze zaprojektowaną łazienką. Czysto, komfortowo, bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Zgodnie z menu dostępne miały być alkohole, jednak w rzeczywistości nie było możliwości ich zamówienia. Informacje dotyczące ceny transferu na lotnisko okazały się inne po dotarciu na miejsce.
